Rev K.D. 'Casey' McKibbon C.M; BA; M.Div.

Founder

Rev K.D. 'Casey' McKibbonCasey served the United Church of Canada for over forty years before becoming the Chief Governing Official of the Clergy Support Memorial Church. The Church is part of the outreach ministry of the Clergy Support Movement LINK which he founded along with his spouse Bev.

Apart from his family Casey has a great passion and support for Social Justice . For Casey working for Social justice is the most powerful form of prayer .

Clergy Support Memorial Church is but one innovation of the Clergy Support Ministry .

As for hobbies, Casey raises 'wild' Ontario orchids and many other native wild plants. He is a tree planter and expert organic gardener. He has a deep love and respect for nature and spends as much time as possible watching birds, feeding deer in his back yard and any other wildlife that comes his way especially his personal flock of wild turkeys.

He loves and respects all creatures especially his two dogs and two cats. He has learned that all animals have rights!

He has a wide and varied experience with all aspects of Pastoral Care and those who serve in it. Without them, he says "I would never have made it through my own darkest times."

Rev K.D. 'Casey' McKibbonBev has had a varied and successful career in management with a large Canadian Corporation before joining Clergy Support Memorial Church.

She is active in several Charitable Organizations in such areas as education, advocacy and fund raising. She is co-chair of www.granniesallaboutkids.org. They advocate for, and raise money to help Grandmothers in Africa who after watching their own children die of HIV/Aids now have the responsibility of raising their own grandchildren.

Director of Liturgy & Grief Counselling

Rev K.D. 'Casey' McKibbonJune continues to have a varied and extensive career in the helping professions. She is a pastor, a charity executive, successful business person and all round great person. June has been a certified celebrant with years of experience celebrating funerals, memorial services, wedding ceremonies etc.

Rev June is the founder of 'The Path of Hope Centre' and the force behind the registered charity 'Care and Share'.

June is certified from the University of Colorado and comes well trained as a Grief Counsellor, having studied under the teaching of Dr. Alan Wolfelt. A significant portion of June's work is comprised of teaching and counselling hurting persons.

'Our griefs in life are as unique as our fingerprints.' Dr. Wolfelt has taught her well. June held the role of wife became widowed, is mother of three, and a grandmother of nine. She is an internationally respected presenter and teaches and speaks with compassion. She comes not as an expert but as someone who has 'walked the walk'.

June is a leader in Pastoral training and even finds to conduct Life Celebrations of all kinds and is in great demand.

Her simple motto is: "To be rooted is perhaps the most important and least recognized need of the human soul."
