All Seasons Church

All Seasons Church is part of the emerging church movement. Our emphasis is on worship, fellowship, pastoral care, justice and outreach ministry.

Our original ministry became incorporated by Letter Patent May 27, 1997 pursuant to the Canada Corporations Act. All Seasons Church was recognized as a registered charity May 27, 1998, Registration number #887274678RRR0001 .

Beginning with one minister in 1994 the Church now has well over 300 Ordained and Appointed ministers. Each of these ministers lead in worship or serve their people in a variety of ways. They may serve a pastoral charge (congregation), or in less traditional communal ways such as in an an outreach ministry or a mission of the Church etc. Others are serving in a variety of situations as chaplains or counselors. All serve a gathered community of Christians attempting to minister and share a common faith in Jesus Christ. See our FAITH. In addition, All Seasons Church is now recognized by the Governments of Ontario, Nova Scotia, Alberta and Quebec to solemnize marriage.

All Seasons Church has, as part of its mandate, the power to Ordain or Appoint. Thus we have two categories of clergy associates that we credential. Depending on ones educational qualifications and ministry experience, one can be Ordained or Appointed to the order of ministry.

Normally to be Ordained one requires a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Theology or Religious Studies and must meet with the approval of a ordination committee.

We share our portion of the "truth" through pastoral ministries, teaching, counselling, chaplaincies (paid and volunteer), house churches, and social justice projects etc.

Our Mission

Part of the Mission of All Seasons Church is our ability to recognize the Ordination of pastors from other denominations, and welcome those seeking admission to the order of ministry of All Seasons Church. In many cases we are also able to restore credentials to pastors who have had their credentials lifted unjustly, thus restoring them to ministry.
